Hair care refers to parts of hygiene and cosmetology involving the hair on the human head. Hair care and hair care product use differs based on the type of hair and the various processes applied to hair.
Hair care products may include those for dying, trimming, shaving, plucking, waxing, sugaring, and rendering other treatments to hair.
Since the human body has hair on differences regions of the body, hair care includes caring for all the hair. This includes men's and women's facial, pubic, and other body hair, which too may be dyed, plucked, trimmed, shaved, or removed with treatments such as sugaring, waxing, and threading.
Commonly used hair care products include brushes, combs, clippers, trimmers, accessories, colors, protectives, conditioners, curling tools, setters, flat irons, hair crimpers, disinfectants, hair dryers, diffusers, hair growth, vitamins, etc.
