Cosmetics
Cosmetics refer to specially formulated items intended for use on the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness or alternating the appearance of a person. Often, different types or cosmetics applied on different body parts including skin, hair, nails, lips, and eyes.
The use of cosmetics is widespread around the world. Also, "make-up," which forms a part of the whole gamut of cosmetics is widely used as well.
Make-up comprises colored products intended that alter a user's appearance, and make her appear beautiful. While some products are solely meant for changing the appearance, other include the function of caring for body parts, such as skin care products.
Commonly available cosmetics include skin-care creams, permanent waves, perfumes, lotions, powders, fingernail and toe nail polish, lipsticks, eye and facial makeup, colored contact lenses, hair sprays and gels, hair colors, bath oils, bubble baths, baby products, deodorants, bath salts, butters and many more products.
